‘Heart Soul Ascension Experience’ is a 2.5-hours transformative journey consisting of three essential parts:

1 - Sacred Ceremonial Cacao

Drink Cacao in a ceremonial way, igniting your senses with its ancient wisdom and heart-opening properties. Ceremonial Cacao is a pure form of Cacao used by Mayans and Aztecs in ceremonies. It’s known as ‘The Medicine of The Heart’❤️.

2 - Pu’uwai Breathwork

Our breathwork opens up the gateway to unlock your heart & soul’s desires, allowing for your inner healing to happen organically. This is a transformational process that combines an ancient two-step breathing technique with contemporary, upbeat, positive music to create an incredible physical and spiritual experience.

This special breathwork practice is designed to help you connect with your heart & soul.

3 - Integration

At the end, we will dedicate a short time to ground (journal) the insights, downloads, and revelations from your journey, make plans to apply it to your daily life so you can embody a long-lasting transformation.

❤️During this event, you will have an opportunity to release stuck energy, repressed emotions, get in alignment with your body-HEART-mind-soul, and cultivate inner peace.

-What to bring:

-We will provide cups, but please feel free to bring your own mug so it’s less trash.

-Anything to you make yourself comfortable during the breathwork (you will be laying down for 1 hour): yoga mat, blankets (you may get cold), eye mask or something to cover your eyes, pillow to put under your knees, etc.

-JOURNAL and pen/pencil.

-Wear comfortable clothing

-Water bottle

-Your open heart 💖

New Moon Women's Circle:

Yana and Pati have created this Women’s Circle to support and hold women. Each month, we will gather and will do some fun activities. 💃

Pati will do some releasing, journaling, and other fun activities. At the end, Yana will guide us into an amazing sound healing so we can ground these activities into our being. She uses MANY magical instruments (see below for more details).

💞This month’s activities and focus:

- Opening of the ceremony with Hawaiian traditional chant
- Blue Lotus flower tea
- Journaling activity (** please bring your notebook**)
- Fire Puja
- Sound Healing Bath
(Instruments that Yana will be using may include: crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum, Divya, handpan, Sound of the stream, Koshi chimes, crystal singing pyramid, Vargan etc)
- Reiki energy work
- Sharing circle

Dress code:
** White 🤍 or just one element of white in your outfit!

✍ WHAT TO BRING:
1- Yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and anything else to make yourself comfortable while laying down during sound healing
2- Notebook and something to write with (pen/pencil).
3- Flowers for the altar or anything you would like to put in the center of our circle (our altar).

Please arrive at least 10 min prior to the beginning of the event. Doors will close at 5:00pm.
