After the recent storms, many in our community are still carrying the impact—emotionally, mentally, and in the body. Even when life starts to move on, the nervous system can still feel overwhelmed, activated, or shut down.
This evening is a space to slow down, breathe, release, and reconnect.
Through cacao, breathwork, and energy healing, you’ll be gently guided to:
regulate your nervous system
release stuck or stored energy
reconnect with your body and heart
feel safe… supported… and not alone

This is a 3-hour transformative journey:
🌱 Ceremonial Cacao
We begin with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao—softening the body and inviting you into presence.
Cacao supports emotional release and gently opens the doorway to deeper connection within.
🍃 Optional Hapé (Sacred Tobacco Medicine)
Hapé is a traditional Amazonian medicine, honoring Brazilian traditions, made from sacred tobacco and plant ashes. It is offered as an optional practice to help clear energetic blocks, enhance mental clarity, and support deeper connection with your body, breath, and spirit. Always administered with care, intention, and reverence—only for those guided to receive it.
✨ Pu’uwai Breathwork
You’ll be guided through an active breathwork journey designed to help regulate your nervous system and release stored stress, emotions, and trauma held in the body.
This is where deep shifts happen—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
💫 Reiki & Energy Work
Throughout the journey, I’ll be offering hands-on and intuitive energy work to support your process, helping your system feel safe enough to open, release, and realign.
🧘🏽 Integration + Reflection
We close with space to land, reflect, and integrate—so you leave feeling more regulated, clear, and connected.
