Kirston Sprague is a gentle guide and sacred space holder based in Pāhoa, Hawai‘i. She teaches restorative and gentle yoga both on land and Stand-Up Paddleboards, weaving in breathwork, meditation, and chanting to create deeply nurturing experiences for mind, body, and spirit.
Her journey into holistic healing began after facing a serious illness that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. Through yoga, self-study, and holistic practices, she transformed her health and found her purpose.
With over a decade of experience, Kirston is passionate about sustainable living, embodied healing, and guiding others with tenderness, compassion, and heart-centered wisdom.
