This is a 3-hour transformative journey:

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cup of pure ceremonial cacao to awaken your senses and ground you into your body & heart. Known as the “Medicine of the Heart,” cacao softens emotional blocks and opens the door to deeper awareness and connection.

Then we’ll move into a transformative breathwork journey—an active two-step breathing technique accompanied by music—to help you release stagnant energy, access inner wisdom, and awaken your soul’s voice.

Throughout the journey, you’ll receive intuitive Reiki and energy healing to support your process, help balance your energy centers and deepen your healing experience.
